The project envisions modern improvement of the main street of the old town (with a unified design code for fencing solutions, gate structures, etc.) and the adjacent areas — the park square, the scenic viewpoint overlooking the fortress from the riverbank, as well as the construction of a pier and the reconstruction of lost houses with the assignment of new functions that correspond to contemporary lifestyles.

At the same time, the existing historical and natural environment is preserved, with careful integration of modern structures and small architectural forms.

This approach will enhance the area while preserving its historical heritage, adapting it to modern needs and transforming the town into a new cultural point of attraction on the map.
